Common questions

How do I add a child to my family?

Sign in as a parent, add a child from your family dashboard, and Capy Quest creates a unique kid code for them. Your child uses that code to sign in — no email or password needed.

My child forgot or lost their kid code

No problem. As a parent, you can view your children's kid codes from your dashboard at any time and share the code again.

How do I reset my parent password?

On the parent sign-in screen, choose “Forgot password?” and enter your email. We'll send you a secure link to set a new one. If you originally signed in with Google or Apple, use that same button to sign in — there's no separate password to reset.

How do quests and coins work?

A parent creates a themed quest made of tasks and sets a coin reward. A child completes the tasks (optionally attaching a photo as proof), the parent approves, and the coins land in the child's vault. What coins are worth is up to your family.

Does my child need an email address?

No. Children join with a kid code only — no email and no password. Parents hold the keys to the account.

How do I delete my account or my data?

Is Capy Quest free?

Yes — creating a family, building quests, and earning mountains of imaginary gold costs no real gold at all.
